The Alumni Center is cautiously accepting event space reservations based on county and university guidelines. Please please fill out the room/date availability form for all inquiries. Our September-December 2022 calendar is closed for new events. 

University's winter closure is from December 21-January 3; however, the Alumni Center will be open December 29-December 30 from 8am-5pm. Normal business hours will resume January 4, 2023.

  • Free Wi-Fi and use of the Munzer Business Center

  • Convenient parking at the Track Lot, or for larger events the rentable Galvez Lot 
  • Marguerite Shuttle stop conveniently located near the Alumni Center, with stops around campus and the train station

    *Please note: a handling fee equal to 20% of the final bill for each selected service will be charged to your PTA at the conclusion of the event.
